Appointments

Appointment times are held only while the booking flow is completed. A booking is confirmed after the required online platform fee is paid.

Fees and payments

Online booking includes a platform fee for reserving your appointment through the booking system. Service pricing shown during booking is the listed shop service price unless the barber adjusts the service in person.

Cancellations

Use your appointment management link as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Policies may vary by barber and by timing of the cancellation.

Messages

By booking or signing in, you agree to receive transactional email messages related to your appointment. SMS/text messages are optional and are sent only when you provide a mobile number and opt in to receive text messages.

SMS appointment notification terms

Fresco Barbershop appointment notifications may send transactional SMS or MMS messages from Fresco Barbershop about your booking, including appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, cancellations, and customer-care replies.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Staff text login code terms

Fresco Barbershop staff login codes may send one-time transactional security codes and operational account messages to staff members who request access to the barber portal using the mobile number on their staff profile.
