Information we collect

We collect the information needed to create and manage appointments, including your name, email address, phone number, selected barber, selected service, appointment time, and any notes you choose to share. When you opt in to text messages, we also store a record of that consent, including the date and time of consent, the consent language shown, and technical details such as IP address and browser user agent when available. For staff members who opt in to text login codes, we store the staff phone number and a record of the staff SMS authentication consent event.

How we use it

We use your information to send sign-in links, confirm bookings, send reminders, process platform fees, prevent double booking, and help Fresco Barbershop manage its schedule. If you opt in to Fresco Barbershop appointment notifications, we use your phone number to send transactional texts about your appointment, such as confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations, and customer-care replies. If a staff member opts in to Fresco Barbershop staff login codes, we use the staff phone number to send one-time login codes and operational account messages for barber portal access.

Text messaging privacy

Fresco Barbershop does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to provide and support Fresco Barbershop services, including appointment-related messages you requested and staff login codes requested by staff members.

When we share information

We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the website and booking system, such as payment processors, authentication providers, email providers, SMS providers, hosting providers, and database providers. These providers may use the information only to provide services to Fresco Barbershop, not for their own marketing.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to deliver their services to Fresco Barbershop.

Your choices

You can opt out of SMS appointment messages at any time by replying STOP. You can reply HELP for help. Staff members can opt out of staff text login code messages at any time by replying STOP, and can continue using email magic links when available. You may still receive non-SMS communications, such as appointment emails, when needed to complete or manage your booking.
